The exquisite breakfast options offered were delicious.
Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the cleanliness of our room was subpar, as there was even an opened jar of baby food in the mini bar. What was even more distressing was the late-night phone call we received at 12:45 AM, which went unanswered. To top it off, the fire alarm went off at 4 AM with no clear explanation, leaving us worried and frustrated throughout the night.

No complaints, the venue met the needs, 100% recommend it. The property was clean and staff was helpful. Appreciated coffee/tea makers, a multi-channel TV, and a study table in the room. The location was stunning, just next door to restaurants, center, and Brussels.

The breathtaking beauty of the buildings inside and outside blew me away! 🌿 It was a perfect stay, but some room cleanliness issues and confused staff during check-in dampened the experience a bit.

We met welcoming and good employees.
We truly enjoyed the convenience of the double room, as well as a safe box, a minibar, and central heating etc. Location: the hotel was near Brussels.

A sanctuary of tranquility awaits
I was enveloped in a lush green environment that felt completely serene. The spa facilities, especially the picturesque pool, were a true highlight. I particularly appreciated the exquisite breakfast options that fueled my day.
I did notice some noise from the lobby area early in the morning that slightly disrupted the peaceful ambiance. I found the room to be on the cozy side, which might not suit everyone, especially those accustomed to more space.

Luxurious and tasteful decor create a harmonious retreat, perfectly complemented by the serene greenhouse swimming pool surrounded by historic gardens. While the staff's friendliness and professionalism were standout features, occasional noise in the lobby and limited dining hours detracted somewhat from the overall experience. I particularly enjoyed the rich flavors of Spanish dishes offered in the restaurant.
